1. Introduction
This Shipping Policy outlines how DELSOL LAW & TAX delivers documents, materials, and any applicable physical items to clients.
Given the nature of our legal and tax advisory services, most deliverables are provided digitally, with physical delivery used only where necessary or requested.

2. Digital Delivery (Primary Method)
All standard deliverables are provided electronically, including:
•    Legal opinions and memoranda 
•    Contracts, templates, and advisory documents 
•    Correspondence and filings 
•    Invoices and administrative documents 
Delivery method:
•    Email (PDF or secure format) 
•    Secure file transfer (where applicable) 
Delivery timeframe:
•    As agreed in the engagement 
•    Or within a reasonable time based on the scope and complexity of the work 

3. Physical Delivery (If Applicable)
Where physical documents are required or requested (e.g. signed originals, notarized documents, printed reports), delivery will be arranged via:
•    Registered mail 
•    Courier services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or equivalent) 
Shipping costs:
•    Borne by the client unless otherwise agreed 
•    Added to the invoice or billed separately 
Delivery times:
•    Depend on destination and courier service 
•    Estimated delivery times will be provided upon request 

4. International Shipping
We provide shipping to clients in:
•    Curaçao 
•    Bonaire (Caribbean Netherlands) 
•    The Netherlands 
•    Other international locations upon request 
Clients are responsible for:
•    Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges 
•    Compliance with local regulations for receiving documents 

5. Risk and Responsibility
•    Risk of loss or delay in physical shipments passes to the client upon dispatch 
•    DELSOL LAW & TAX is not responsible for delays caused by: 
o    Postal or courier services 
o    Customs processing 
o    Events beyond our control 
We will, however, assist in tracking and follow-up where possible.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
DELSOL LAW & TAX is not liable for:
•    Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information 
•    Additional costs incurred for re-shipment 

7. Confidentiality and Security
We take reasonable measures to ensure secure delivery of documents.
However:
•    Email communication may not be fully secure 
•    Physical deliveries may be subject to third-party handling 
Clients may request enhanced security measures (e.g. encrypted files, secure couriers) where necessary.

8. No Shipping for Services
As our core services are non-physical:
•    No “shipping” applies to consultations, advisory work, or time-based services 
•    This policy applies only to document delivery and related materials 

9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
